The final installment of the Twilight Saga, Breaking Dawn, has been causing plenty of discussion. Will it be split into two movies and most recently, who will direct it?
It has now been confirmed that New Moon director, Chris Weitz, will not be at the helm for the movie(s).
Fans of the books and films were keen for Chris to work on the project after he did such a great job on New Moon but the director has a personal project about an undocumented Mexican labourer which he is working on an partially funding.
You may have also heard the rumour (which,as it turns out, is false) that the stars of the films, Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner all got together to write a statement, urging Summit Entertainment to get the director on board.
There is still no official word if Breaking Dawn will be split into two films but we will keep you posted as soon as we hear any news.
