The Runaways soundtrack revealed

We all know that Robert Pattinson can sing. But how are the pipes of his rumored ladylove? We're about to find out

Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning have taken time out from hiding airports, being endearingly awkward at award shows and doing…whatever it is that Dakota Fanning does in her spare time to lend their vocal stylings to The Runaways soundtrack.

The New Moon cohorts are jointly contributing a total of four tracks to the album, but only one of them seems to have been confident enough to go solo.

It's Fanning, in the guise of The Runaways lead vocalist Cherrie Currie, who takes a solo turn on two tracks—"Cherry Bomb" and "California Paradise"—while the Joan Jett-channeling Stewart's contribution comes in duet form only. She joins Fanning on "Queens of Noise" and "Dead End Justice."

While the album marks Fanning's crooning debut, Stewart is no stranger to carrying a tune in public, having shown off her pipes ever so briefly in Into the Wild.

But if K-Stew on an album cover can move millions, just think how many copies K-Stew doing covers on an album can sell. The soundtrack, currently available for preorder, is due out March 23. Here's the complete track listing:
